A purchaser can select either a Winter Season ERO or a Summer Season ERO. A Winter Season owner can access the resort for two four-week periods each winter season. A Summer Season owner can access the resort for the twenty-four week summer season. The program provides owners a myriad of benefits while owners only pay for the time used. The ERO agreement includes all lifestyle amenities, maintenance, operating costs, repairs, taxes and insurance. While owners will own the home just like any real estate holding, the unique inclusive aspect of the ERO allows owners to not incur annual fees during the initial term.
