List of Amenity Services and other annual fees for Luxian Scottsdale
All Services listed below provided as part of Initial Purchase Price in Years 1-5. During 5 year initial Property Management Period, we will provide all of the listed items to ownership and be responsible for any overages from budget. We will deposit into Luxian Homeowner’s Association operating accounts the upfront cash requirement to fund the 5 year program. After Year 5, Ownership Association will decide on retaining Luxian Scottsdale as Property Manager and whether to retain, discontinue or modify Lifestyle Amenities Services. Ownership will also decide on whether to assess themselves annually or on a one time basis for the next 5 years. Basic Package items will always be part of Ownership Associates assessments.
